About Us: At The Century, we specialize in hosting weddings, corporate events, and special gatherings with exceptional service and attention to detail. Our kitchen operates at the highest standards, delivering exquisite meals that exceed our clients' expectations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist our Executive Chef in preparing and executing meals for events

• Prepare kitchen stations, including organizing and labeling inventory

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishwashing and disposal of expired items

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or banquet facility setting as a cook

• Availability for at least three weekends per month and ability to work full 8-hour shifts on your feet

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Must be at least 21 years of age
