The Century Banquet Cook Position


Core Responsibilities

You will be taking directions from our Executive Chef and assisting with prepping the kitchen space to cook in, preparing ingredients, unloading, organizing, and, labeling kitchen inventory. You will also be required to help maintain a clean and organized kitchen with duties that include but are not limited to cleaning and putting away dishes, disposing of expired food items, taking out the trash etc.

*Pay rate will vary based on experience

Requirements

The following items are required to be accepted for the position no exceptions

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a line cook

  • Must be available at least three weekends a month

  • Must be able to work full 8 hour shifts on your feet

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
